Jerry is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team and scale our HR processes. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will support day-to-day operations, including new employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance, fostering a healthy workplace culture throughout every department.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic HR professional to provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires, automate workflows in HR processes, and support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. You will maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automate HR workflows to minimize inefficiencies and scale operations
  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data is up-to-date
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of people operations experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law
  • Experience in implementing and building HR automations and systems
