Human Resources Business Partner

Pride Global is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic advisor, you will use your healthcare business knowledge and Human Resources understanding to advance organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with business leaders to solve significant people issues and implement HR initiatives.
- Design creative business solutions with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
- Provide coaching and support to senior leadership on HR issues.
- Partner with business leaders to develop succession plans, talent pipelines, and retention strategies.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to organizational design, change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree - Required: 5 years of related human resources experience or related business experience.
- Licensure/Certification Requirements: - Required: SHRM-(S)CP - (S)PHR or CHHR.
