Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner is a key role at Cone Health, responsible for advancing organizational objectives through strategic HR advice and support. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare business and HR principles to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive talent attraction, development, and retention.
• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement succession plans, talent pipelines, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and recommend HR strategies to address them.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects related to organizational design, change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of related human resources experience or related business experience.
• SHRM-(S)CP - (S)PHR or CHHR certification.
