We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Tencarva Machinery Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team, driving business outcomes through proactive HR strategies and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including performance management, talent/succession planning, and 360 feedback.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to drive business goals and objectives.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Research, develop, and propose policy updates, new policies, and/or update procedures/guidelines to support a growing and evolving organization.
- Implement and guide managers in HR best practices for HR processes, including performance management, compensation planning, workforce/capability planning, talent management, career development, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Identify training/coaching/mentoring needs for departments, managers, and employees.
- Coach and mentor other HR team members to deliver robust HR services while maintaining and enhancing team effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HRBP experience providing advice, counsel, and coaching to senior leaders.
- Superior knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and ability to learn new technology systems as needed.
