Job Summary

Tuvli, an Akima company, is seeking a highly skilled Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Advisor to support our client located in Washington, DC. This role will play a critical part in promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusion and accessibility.
  • Provide training and education on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility to employees at all levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Monitor and report on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
