- Understanding of systems and organizational development strategies to support change management.
- Ability to lead with composure, flexibility, and efficiency during demanding times.
- Strong negotiation and multi-stakeholder consensus-building skills.
- Proven attention to detail, delivering outcomes, and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Excellent presentation skills—both written and orally.
