About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager, Enterprise to join our team at Stepful.

Job Description

$140,000 - $220,000 per year (base salary)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage delivery plans for Stepful's programs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure strong outcomes and high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor key program metrics, including commercial outcomes such as contract renewals and expansions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience independently managing senior client relationships at large, complex organizations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, with a knack for understanding opportunities to better serve clients.
