Job Overview

This role is part of the Finance Regulatory Engagement & Oversight team, responsible for facilitating interactions with regulators across Citi's Finance function, advising internal stakeholders on strategic insights, delivering common tools, and templates to support best-in-class regulatory engagement and communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with regulators, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, and driving consistency and alignment to enterprise regulatory engagement standards. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the engagement and oversight of Citi's Finance global regulatory agenda, including establishing and governing processes for Finance Regulatory Engagement & Oversight.
  • Support key stakeholders in writing regulatory responses and coordinating feedback among internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Maintain a content library for messaging and datapoints, updates, and version control.
  • Employ checklists and process to cross-check facts and ensure consistency.
  • Monitor inquiries from and responses to regulators to ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively build project plans, inform stakeholders of actions and deadlines, and follow up as needed.
  • Create and maintain internal communications, including SharePoint intranet sites and PowerPoint decks for internal reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
