Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development of Marketing Technology solutions for Prime Video. As a key member of the Customer Relationship Marketing Technology Team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and building the roadmap for our Marketing Technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to execute on the vision for Marketing Technology solutions
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market
  • Leverage mental models and data-driven decision-making to drive product development and growth
  • Communicate effectively with leaders at all levels to drive alignment across teams, functions, and organizations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, ad tech or working closely with brands to drive marketing and advertising outcomes

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
