About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our Marketing Technology team at Amazon Prime Video. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and building the roadmap for our Marketing Technology solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience.

As a leader on the team, you will take on product management opportunities with a high degree of autonomy and visibility. You will deliver recommendations to senior executives and drive alignment across teams, functions, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality products
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and communicate effectively with leaders at all levels
  • Take ownership of product development and delivery, from concept to launch
Requirements
  • 4+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, ad tech or working closely with brands to drive marketing and advertising outcomes

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $161,900/year to $279,900/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
