Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager will be a key contributor to the Customer Success team in ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts. This role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams, managing client communications, and helping to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner via Zendesk and email.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Skills:
    • Successful track record of maintaining and growing client accounts.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
