Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager. This role requires a commitment to excellence and collaboration with the Finance and Accounting Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of the general ledger and supervise a team of 3-5 direct reports
  • Conduct month-end closing procedures and reporting for the parent organization
  • Oversee travel and expense management utilizing virtual card systems
  • Prepare expense allocations across various portfolio entities
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 842 Leases
  • Adjust and reconcile inter-company balance sheet accounts
  • Assist in cash reporting, forecasting, and bank account management
  • Support tax-related requests and projects
  • Aid in the preparation of audit support and management requests
  • Assist with complex accounting transactions, including technical accounting changes and mergers and acquisitions
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience, preferably with a focus on SaaS
  • Previous management experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Intacct and/or SalesForce is advantageous
  • Exceptional data analysis skills and high proficiency in Excel are required
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, work collaboratively in a team, adapt to change, and maintain attention to detail with strong customer service skills
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA designation is preferred
