  • Oversee daily finance department operations and guarantee the precision of financial information.
  • Coordinate and lead the development of budgets and financial forecasts, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax obligations.
  • Facilitate the preparation of regulatory reports and maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
  • Develop and document financial processes and policies to enhance internal controls.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and present clear, concise summaries of findings to senior leadership.
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard assets by implementing and monitoring internal controls.
  • Evaluate financial health by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
  • Proficient in preparing financial statements and knowledgeable in accounting principles and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
