    • Manage and oversee all accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor finance staff to ensure effective and efficient financial operations.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Designations
    • CPA, CMA, or MBA.
  • Industry Experience
    • Construction materials experience a plus.
