Job Overview:

The Repapering Partner in Business Transitions plays a crucial role in supporting Regional Transition Partners and Transition Support Partners on projects that facilitate the transition of advisors' practices to LPL Financial. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide repapering support to aid new advisors in moving their book of business to LPL Financial, including opening accounts, cash management, and transfer paperwork.
  • Leverage SmartSheet tracking to communicate with advisors on the status of their items.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Core Competencies:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and critical thinking skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • New hires will receive comprehensive training on all repapering functions to ensure success.
  • 1-2 years of experience in New Accounts or Operations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting advisors in various lines of business, including wirehouse, regional, independent, RIA, institutions, and retirement plans, is a plus.
Compensation:

The actual base salary varies based on factors such as relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
