Position Summary:We are in search of a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to become a part of our organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring adherence to regulations, and facilitating financial decision-making processes.
Key Duties:
  • Oversee the finance department's daily functions, ensuring precision and punctuality in financial reporting.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances for senior leadership.
  • Guarantee compliance with all regulatory reporting obligations and tax submissions.
  • Create and document financial policies to enhance internal controls.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and deliver insights to aid strategic planning.
  • Work collaboratively with department heads to meet overall organizational objectives.
  • Establish and uphold financial policies and procedures to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct audits and provide necessary information to external auditors to verify financial status.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the finance sector.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and understanding accounting practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
