Developing Drayage Sales Strategies

- Identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies to drive growth in drayage sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Leading Proposal Development

- Collaborating with operations and account management teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client needs and expectations

Closing Deals and Retaining Clients

- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations

Meeting Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on selling drayage
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and high energy levels
