Digital Music Industry Account Manager

About the Role
Warner Music Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global music company that is passionate about innovation and creativity.
You will be responsible for managing our global portfolio of ticketing partnerships, working with artist teams to ensure Songkick supports their touring goals, and collaborating with finance and data analytics teams to ensure timely reporting of revenue from key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our global portfolio of ticketing partnerships
- Work with artist teams to ensure Songkick supports their touring goals
- Collaborate with finance and data analytics teams to ensure timely reporting of revenue from key accounts
- Analyse sales, traffic, and demographic information to assess and optimize opportunities
- Support the Business Development team with insight and facilitate a seamless client introduction to Songkick at the outset of the campaign
About You
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, working with ticketing, talent agencies, promoters, venues, or music technology companies in North America
- College degree preferred
- Cross-border knowledge of the live music sector and excellent communication skills
- Proven experience of working in a dynamic environment with a track record of results and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally to influence outcomes and a demonstrated track record of self-motivated performance
