Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Taro Pharmaceuticals Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with national customer accounts, driving sales growth, and managing all aspects of customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and market data to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong knowledge of consumer product distribution channels and classes of trade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and ability to use it for forecasting
