Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Program Coordinator for Supplier Business Reviews. This role involves conducting systematic evaluations of supplier performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering robust supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in supply chain management, supplier relations, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate regular evaluations with suppliers to measure performance against established metrics.
  • Identify and propose strategies for enhancing supplier performance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to improvement plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback to suppliers regarding their performance.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Revise and update scorecard models based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in supplier and program management.
  • Automate scorecard processes and maintain a dashboard for real-time visibility into supplier performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline the supplier business review process.
  • Create and update risk dashboards, providing insights on supplier-related risks.
  • Document and maintain meeting notes and action items.
  • Organize and manage a repository of essential processes, presentations, and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in data visualization, management, and analytics.
  • Willingness to learn new data analysis and reporting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong grasp of supplier management principles.
  • Experience in project or program management.

Additional Information:
