Main Objective of the Role
  • Assist External Quality GxP Supplier Quality Managers in maintaining adherence to cGMP and Quality Agreement stipulations.
  • Oversee assigned suppliers and engage in cross-functional teams for supplier lifecycle management.
  • Facilitate various quality initiatives throughout the lifecycle of GxP suppliers.
  • Establish and uphold risk-based Quality Agreements with suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers to rectify quality and compliance deficiencies.
  • Execute enhancements in processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal and external teams to synchronize quality expectations.
  • Alert senior management regarding potential quality or regulatory concerns.
  • Address quality challenges and cultivate partnerships.
  • Comply with company policies and the Code of Conduct.
  • Achieve business objectives and adhere to timelines.
  • Complete job-related training and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Provide training to other interns as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Prior industry experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Capability to interpret quality standards.
