Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator for Supplier Business Reviews. This role is crucial for facilitating regular evaluations with suppliers to measure performance, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and enhance collaborative relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of supply chain dynamics, supplier engagement, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct systematic business evaluations with suppliers to measure performance against established metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and devise strategies for enhancement.
- Monitor supplier performance and track advancements relative to set objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to suppliers regarding their performance and areas needing improvement.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers.
- Revise and update scorecard models based on stakeholder input.
- Stay informed on industry best practices in supplier and program management.
- Automate scorecard processes and develop dashboards for real-time visibility into supplier performance metrics.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the supplier review process.
- Create and maintain risk dashboards, providing monthly updates on supplier-related risks.
- Document key meeting notes and maintain organized records of processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in data visualization, management, and analytics.
- Willingness to learn new data analysis and reporting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong grasp of supplier management principles.
- Experience in project or program management.
