Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, including one-on-one and group sessions, to support students' communication development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license or ability to obtain.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
