Behavioral Health Specialist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide primary community support and case management to clients of all ages at our Everett Child and Family Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct intake screenings to determine client needs and develop a Client Service Plan.
- Makes referrals to appropriate agencies or services and provides information and assistance for self-referral.
- Maintains regular contact with clients, including home visits, and provides advocacy as needed.
- Maintains files that document case management activities.
- Assists clients in accessing services, such as filling out forms, obtaining necessary documentation, and finding transportation.
- Participates in regular interdisciplinary team case reviews.
- Associate's degree in Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Two years of closely related work experience.
- Eligible for Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration from the State Department of Health.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
