Job Title: Contents Restoration Specialist

At the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, we are seeking a highly skilled Contents Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a Contents Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting, packing, cleaning, and restoring contents that have been affected by water or fire damage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and assess contents for damage and develop a plan for restoration.
  • Pack and transport contents to our facility for cleaning and restoration.
  • Clean and restore contents using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Document the restoration process and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the restoration industry preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The Contents Restoration Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
