Job Title: Employment Specialist | Case Manager

Bridgeways, a social enterprise company, is seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist | Case Manager to join our Social and Community Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health concerns in Snohomish County to achieve their employment goals.

Job Summary:

The Employment Specialist | Case Manager will provide vocational assessment, service coordination, job development, and job placement services to assist individuals in realizing their employment goals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and community resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide vocational assessment and job development services to individuals with mental health concerns.
  • Coordinate with community resources to provide supportive counseling and case management services.
  • Assist individuals in obtaining necessary documentation for benefits and coordinating service provision.
  • Represent Bridgeways in community and regional activities, committees, and work groups as requested.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working in a social service or behavioral health agency preferred.
  • 1 year of experience working with adults with chronic and persistent mental health concerns OR lived experience OR Bachelor's degree in social science related field.
  • Ability to practice empathetic listening, humility, curiosity, and self-awareness.
  • Proficient with PC including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
