Job Overview

Position Summary:

TEKsystems is seeking 15 dedicated client support specialists to join our Retail Asset Management team. The role involves a variety of tasks depending on the seasonal demands, primarily focusing on processing client transactions. The work will be categorized into two main types: Core and Complex Processing.

Core Processing: This includes updating client addresses and profiles, uploading various agreements, and performing R+D calculations.
Complex Processing: This entails managing financial beneficiary movements, establishing new accounts, and handling intricate asset allocations. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive documentation and possess strong reading skills, as the role requires discerning detailed written information.

While the position involves minimal phone communication (approximately 10% of the time), candidates will navigate multiple systems throughout the day to ensure accurate processing of client requests received via phone, web, and paper. Responsibilities include reviewing paperwork, emails, and phone transcriptions to understand client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process transaction requests and authorizations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
• Maintain departmental standards for productivity and quality in processing.
• Track client inquiries to aid in the development of guides for resolving recurring issues efficiently.
• Engage in tasks aimed at enhancing business processes, transaction timing, quality, and support levels.
• Acquire knowledge of business processes and service requirements.
• Communicate with clients through verbal and written channels as necessary.

Required Skills:
