Client Support Specialist

Position Summary
The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role at YoungWilliams, delivering exceptional support to both internal and external clients by efficiently managing incoming calls and ensuring that accurate information is provided in a courteous and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight while achieving the daily call volume targets.
- Utilize all available resources, including policies, supervisory guidance, and state systems, to address inquiries and identify case issues proactively to streamline workload.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team enhancement, with a willingness to expand knowledge to better support the team and call center operations.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred. Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills is essential.
Skills Required
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including proper voice modulation and grammar, alongside effective time management and organizational skills.
