Job Overview:

The Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in managing transaction requests and authorizations, ensuring efficient processing of transactions, and maintaining accurate reconciliation of financial activities.

The specialist will uphold departmental standards for productivity and quality, while also tracking client inquiries to enhance the development of resources aimed at resolving recurring issues effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in various tasks to refine business processes and improve the timing and quality of client transactions.
  • Acquiring knowledge of business operations and service expectations.
  • Communicating with clients through verbal and written channels.
  • Navigating multiple systems on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent computer skills.
  • Solid mathematical and reading capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, customer service orientation, and administrative expertise.
