- Deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly and accurately processing orders and addressing inquiries.
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding general questions such as pricing, product details, and scheduling.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and precise support, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.
- While not mandatory, familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems is advantageous and will be considered favorably during the selection process.
- Engage with customers, sales teams, and service representatives to manage various pre-sales and post-sales service tasks.
- Execute a range of customer service support activities as a skilled professional.
- Utilize professional expertise to determine the most effective approach to tasks and address any irregularities.
- Analyze and identify the root causes of issues within your work area, applying insights to implement effective solutions.
- Complete tasks with a moderate level of supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role or relevant specialization.
Education: High school diploma or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience as applicable. Relevant certifications are a plus.
