Position Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and organized Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient functioning of our office and providing vital support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Support executives with scheduling, appointments, and travel logistics as required.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Draft and disseminate internal and external communications, including memos and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems for easy access to important information.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations across all locations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries.
  • Work with HR & IT to assist in onboarding new team members, including necessary equipment and orientation.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in an office administration role or similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
