Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be integral to our operations, with primary duties that encompass patient vital signs, EKG procedures, phlebotomy, and front office responsibilities. We seek team-oriented individuals with clinical expertise and familiarity with insurance processes.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-line phone system to effectively handle and direct incoming calls.

• Escalate non-routine, sensitive, or complex inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

• Ensure outstanding patient service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, greeting patients, and maintaining high standards.

• Assist in tracking daily inventory levels of clinical and office supplies.

• Conduct daily scanning and uploading of documents into patient records.

• Provide training to new staff on standard procedures as requested by management.

• Engage in clinic marketing initiatives and offer ongoing support to enhance clinic success.

Clinical Responsibilities (varies by qualifications):

• Record patient vital signs, perform EKGs, and conduct phlebotomy.

• Administer intramuscular injections.

• Prepare laboratory requisition forms and obtain laboratory results for patients.

• Assist healthcare providers with patient referrals to other specialists.

• Document patient progress notes in medical records and/or electronic health records.

• Carry out additional clinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant.

• Experience in front office operations, including knowledge of insurance and verification of benefits.

• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
