Mesa Energy Systems, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, is seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team.

This role will involve developing sales presentations, prospecting for new accounts, and providing clients with product services and information.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation, as well as strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing relationships with prospective clients
  • Seeking out and researching prospective projects
  • Managing through analysis and solution-based programs to maximize sales growth, volume, and profitability
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations
  • Developing sales at defined margin levels to attain market share

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business administration and experience in developing technical and cost proposals.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Other Compensation: The position is incentive-eligible.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability income, 401(k) Savings Plans, Roth Retirement Savings Plan, and Deferred Compensation, and employee assistance and wellness programs.

Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation time and 56 hours of sick time per year, as well as 9 paid company holidays per calendar year.
