We are a dynamic organization, constantly striving to innovate and improve. Our Senior Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also providing strategic guidance to our accounting team.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial statements.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate year-end financial statement preparation and audits with external audit firms, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions to our operations.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring our organization remains compliant and up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:
5+ years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in V-lookups, Sum-ifs, and Pivot Tables.
Experience with Netsuite, FloQast, Concur Expense, and Coupa is a plus, but not required.
Highly motivated and organized individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
