Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our residential audio/video sales efforts. As Vice President of Sales, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the residential audio/video division, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee sales execution, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and close deals with strategic customers.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary technical and product knowledge to sell effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the audio/speaker or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
