As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of account executives, and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of account executives to achieve sales revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
