We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Residential Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth in our residential market. As a key player in commanding a room and inspiring both your team and clients, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Drive overall sales strategy for residential electronics, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of electronic systems in home construction to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Storytelling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and narratives that highlight the value of our products and solutions, resonating with diverse audiences.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and refine sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Commanding Presence: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, effectively communicating our vision and value proposition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in residential sales, with a strong understanding of electronics and home construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commanding presence.
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
