Job Title: Vice President of Residential Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Residential Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth in our residential market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction of electronic systems for homes, coupled with a proven track record in residential sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall sales strategy for residential electronics, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of electronic systems in home construction to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and narratives that highlight the value of our products and solutions, resonating with diverse audiences.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and refine sales strategies that align with business goals.
