Job Overview:
The Client Care Coordinator ensures that all client-requested shifts are effectively scheduled with the appropriate care personnel. This role also encompasses various administrative tasks as assigned or requested.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Professionally manages phone inquiries and messages.
2. Coordinates daily activities of caregivers, aligning them with clients and organizing their tasks.
3. Inputs new client and scheduling information into Clear Care software, ensuring accuracy.
4. Provides prompt and courteous responses to incoming calls.
5. Maintains ongoing communication with colleagues and clients to evaluate service quality.
6. Handles pre-payroll responsibilities, verifying clock-ins and clock-outs, and updating records for billing and payroll processing.
7. Keeps comprehensive caregiver work records in designated systems and maintains up-to-date personnel files for care staff.
8. Assists the HR Director with recruitment, onboarding, orientations, in-services, and addressing disciplinary matters as needed.
9. Escalates reports of client dissatisfaction, theft, and inappropriate behavior by clients or care staff to the appropriate management channels.
10. Undertakes on-call/after-hours coordinator duties as necessary.
11. Acts as a liaison between care staff and the Client Care Manager/Human Resources.
12. Supports sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives as required.
13. Steps in to assist clients in case of call-offs or emergencies, as needed.
14. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate (preferred).
- Over 6 months of experience in staff scheduling within Home Care Organizations or Long Term Care Facilities (preferred).
- At least 1 year of office experience, including phone handling, service inquiries, scanning/filing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company software.
- Familiarity with Wellsky (Clear Care) scheduling and staffing software (preferred).
- Registration with the Department of Social Services for Home Care Aide License (required, can be obtained post-hiring).
- TB Test within 90 days or 7 days after hiring.
- Over 6 months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant/Home Care Aide/Caregiver.
- CPR Certification (required within the first week if not current).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured/registered vehicle.
- Ability to commute to the corporate office during standard business hours (No remote work).
