Strategic Account Customer Liaison

At McKesson, we're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Customer Liaison. This role involves managing the overall health of several multi-million-dollar large accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements and metrics for rostering, margin opportunity, and contract connections.
-Build dedicated relationships and serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day contract activities. -
Work closely with Account Managers, Customers, Group Purchasing Organizations, Contract Administration, Suppliers, and other business partners.
- Communicate Proactively: Keep account managers and customers informed about account health, GPO and contract connections, margin opportunities, and customer projects.
- Deliver Quality Resolutions: Interpret account issues, research available resources, and apply solutions efficiently. -Coordinate with suppliers for supporting contract documentation and assist customers in resolving eligibility issues.
Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas) and the ability to analyze large datasets.
2+ years in customer, sales, or contract administration support.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce is a plus. - Executive Interaction: Comfortable interacting at the executive level.
