Strategic Account Customer Liaison

At McKesson, we're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Customer Liaison. This role involves managing the overall health of several multi-million-dollar large accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements and metrics for rostering, margin opportunity, and contract connections.

Build dedicated relationships and serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day contract activities. -
Work closely with Account Managers, Customers, Group Purchasing Organizations, Contract Administration, Suppliers, and other business partners.

- Communicate Proactively: Keep account managers and customers informed about account health, GPO and contract connections, margin opportunities, and customer projects.

- Deliver Quality Resolutions: Interpret account issues, research available resources, and apply solutions efficiently. -
Coordinate with suppliers for supporting contract documentation and assist customers in resolving eligibility issues.

Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas) and the ability to analyze large datasets.
2+ years in customer, sales, or contract administration support.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce is a plus. - Executive Interaction: Comfortable interacting at the executive level.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.
