Role Overview:

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our front office team. Your positive demeanor and proactive approach will be essential in fostering a motivating environment where team members can thrive and guests enjoy a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Office Director in managing departmental operations and ensuring adherence to service excellence.
  • Provide leadership for the Front Desk and Guest Services teams, stepping in during the absence of department managers.
  • Facilitate training for Front Desk colleagues, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel.
  • Monitor team performance, offering constructive feedback and recognition to enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving the guest experience at every opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred educational background in Hospitality Management.
  • Proven guest service skills and experience in training.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems, particularly Opera, is advantageous.
  • Luxury hotel experience and knowledge of Forbes standards are beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure and courtesy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
  • Availability for flexible overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
