Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front desk activities, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Inspire and guide the front desk staff to deliver superior customer service.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate the training and onboarding of new front desk personnel.
  • Ensure accuracy in guest reservations and billing details.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve guest issues and enhance overall guest experiences.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cash handling is essential.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Minimum of six months experience in a front desk role.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
