Key Responsibilities

The Front Office Manager is responsible for supervising the overall administrative operations of the front office while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

  • Manages daily front office activities and oversees patient flow.
  • Handles recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination for new front office personnel.
  • Assists in the disciplinary process of team members in line with company guidelines.
  • Conducts annual performance evaluations for front office staff.

Qualifications
