Position Overview

As a pivotal member of SCA Health's Marketing and Communications Team, the Associate Director of Communications will be instrumental in shaping the organization's communication strategies, with a primary emphasis on Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns that align with key business initiatives and internal events.
  • Collaborate with various business units to create and execute strategic, multi-channel communication plans aimed at engaging team members effectively.
  • Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the Marketing & Communications team, Human Resources, Operations partners, C-level executives, and other essential leaders.
  • Identify and utilize the most effective communication tactics and channels to achieve organizational goals.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of town halls and webinars, providing support with agendas, talking points, and logistical coordination.
  • Equip people leaders with the necessary tools and resources to communicate effectively with their teams.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of communication efforts using both quantitative and qualitative metrics to enhance effectiveness.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives by providing insights to engage and retain prospective talent.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful communications that drive engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience managing an Intranet site is preferred.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and effective relationships across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with video and webinar communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and video production is a plus.

Compensation
USD $115,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr.
