Pay Range:

The Target Pay Range for this role is $122,000.00 - $149,100.00 annually, with a full Pay Range of $94,000.00 - $176,500.00 annually. Compensation is determined based on relevant skills, experience, and education, with performance-based incentives available.

Your Impact:

In the role of Credit Risk Analysis Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial stability of our Real Estate portfolios. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Risk Process Evaluation: Analyze risk management practices through data review and collaboration with business units.
  • Comprehensive Credit Risk Analysis: Perform in-depth assessments of loan portfolios to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Statistical Analysis & Modeling: Evaluate current risk management strategies and explore improvements.
  • Scorecard Optimization: Enhance the application of scorecards for various risk strategies.
  • Credit Risk Reporting: Develop narratives for senior management based on credit risk analysis.
  • Presentations: Communicate findings to the Credit Committee, providing actionable insights.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to align risk appetite with credit risk initiatives.
  • Department Leadership: Drive departmental initiatives and administration.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior staff in their professional development.
  • Documentation: Ensure all processes are documented and current.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage vendor contracts for quality service.
  • Operational Reporting: Conduct audits and maintain management reporting.
  • Program Development: Collaborate on programs that support employees and members.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in credit risk analytics.
  • Proficiency in quantitative software and database tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience in Mortgage and Home Equity credit risk analytics.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
