Key Responsibilities

In alignment with our core value of Service Excellence, we are transforming our Information Technology department to solidify our position as the industry leader in surgical care. The Program Manager will lead a team of project managers focused on the acquisition and integration of new facilities.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Establish clear expectations with clients regarding technology solution implementations.
  • Track project progress to ensure adherence to scope and timelines.
  • Manage various roles including clinical and technical project oversight, budget management, and change management.
  • Foster relationships with clinical and technical staff to ensure project success.

Frequent interaction with senior management is essential, requiring strong communication and leadership skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 2-4 project managers.
Project Oversight
  • Develop and adjust project work plans as necessary.
  • Identify resource needs and assign responsibilities.
  • Coordinate quality assurance measures.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Manage deadlines, budgets, and project activities.
Project Accounting
  • Ensure timely invoicing and monitor project receivables.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
  • Complete and sign all necessary project legal documents.
Program Oversight
  • Organize and monitor interconnected projects for optimal results.
  • Manage program teams to maximize return on investment.
  • Keep clients informed of program status regularly.
  • Proactively address potential delays in project delivery.
Communication
  • Facilitate effective team and client meetings.
  • Keep project teams informed of organizational changes.
  • Communicate relevant project updates to leadership.
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Customer Management
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on project management experience.
  • 5+ years in program management roles.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Preferred:

  • Master's in Business Administration or Health Care Administration.
  • Agile Certification.

Additional Information:

  • Travel may be required up to 25% to meet project needs.
  • Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
