We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our team at SCA Health. As a key member of our Financial Operations team, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to our Finance and Department Leaders, generating standard monthly operational and financial reports, and completing ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze monthly results and provide commentary on key variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Perform analytics to support the Financial Operations team and Dept Leaders and identify business implications of analysis
- Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports
- Complete annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Complete ad hoc requests and special projects
- Build presentations for monthly Enterprise Reviews
- Qualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, with decision making skills.
- Very proficient to expert level skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proactively managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills - ability to use discretion, prioritize, maintain attention to detail and recognize time constraints.
- Must have 3-4 years of relevant experience working in relevant business field
- Bachelor's degree in business field required – Finance/Economics/Accounting
- Master's degree is preferred but not required
