Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Precision Medicine Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking various legal agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agreement Review and Drafting: Review and draft a variety of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
  • Negotiation and Tracking: Negotiate and track agreements with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract files and databases, including contract archiving and maintenance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contract management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Clinical Operations study team and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned with defined study timelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or equivalent degree.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, knowledge of contract planning and negotiation, and experience working with study teams and CRAs.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,500 - $138,700 USD, as well as a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, and disability benefits. Additionally, we offer paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
