* Accommodate special requests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
* Maintain accurate records and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
* Collaborate with Housekeeping to report special needs, late checkouts, and early arrivals.
* Review online travel agency sites to verify arrivals and create new reservations as needed.
* Issue and collect vendor and security keys, and update reservation status as necessary.
* Perform daily in-house registration form checks and identify discrepancies.
* Complete all tasks on the shift checklist and maintain a clean and safe front desk area.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as computer proficiency.
* Be dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays.
* Perform basic math and handle cash and/or credit cards accurately.
