Key Responsibilities

The Morning Service Associate is tasked with preparing and serving the daily breakfast offerings, welcoming each guest, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalized service to all guests
  • Setting up and maintaining the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards
  • Managing inventory of food, beverages, and supplies required for daily operations
  • Preparing items such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices
  • Restocking beverage machines as necessary
  • Arranging serving dishes, utensils, and other necessary items
  • Presenting cold food items, including pastries and cereals
  • Cleaning tables promptly after guests depart
  • Preparing and serving hot food items
  • Adhering to menu specifications as outlined by the brand
  • Maintaining cleanliness by wiping spills and restocking items throughout service
  • Washing and storing serving equipment
  • Keeping the breakfast area tidy, including trash removal and cleaning surfaces
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
